když uzavřu někomu jinému město/cestu pak na právě přiložený dílek mohu dát svého např. sedláka

Do města už rytíře dát nemůžeš, pokud je obsazeno někým jiným. Co se týče louky, tak je možno umístit sedláka, pokud již není louka obsazena někým jiným. Pokud je obsazena, tak bohužel nic umístit nesmíš.

pak ještě další figurku do města Carcassonne k hrabětovi. Nekde jsem četl že mohu jen jednu figurku.

A player who completes a road, city, or monastery, but without profit, cannot deploy a meeple to the city of Carcassonne and redeploy another before the area is scored. Scoring takes place first, and then, should the occasion arise, a meeple may be deployed to the city of Carcassonne. If a player uses a meeple which is already in the city of Carcassonne, then he or she profits from the scoring, and as such may not move another meeple to the city of Carcassonne.

Takže pokud uzavřeš město, cestu nebo klášter, ale nemáš z toho žádný zisk, tak nemůžeš umístit meepla do města Carcassonne.
